Booking & pricing
Are quotes free?
Yes. Quotes are free, and we do them in person.
Is there a minimum job?
Yes, $100, which covers bringing the trailer out. A driveway cleaning usually covers it.
How can I pay?
By check, cash, Zelle or Venmo.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes, for military, first responders, seniors and Silverleaf residents. Ask when you call.
What areas do you serve?
We're based in St. Augustine, Florida, and we'll go anywhere within about an hour's drive. Not sure if that includes you? Call or text and ask.
How do I get a quote or book a job?
Call or text (904) 295-9578, or email info@alphavetproclean.com. Send a few photos and your address, and Ian will get back to you to set up your free, in-person quote.
The work
Do you pressure wash or soft wash?
We do both. Most jobs are pressure washed, and we change the nozzle to suit the surface.
Is it safe for my plants, pets, pool and screens?
Yes. We use chlorine, and we soak flower beds with water first.
How long does a job take?
Most jobs take 2 to 6 hours, depending on size.
How often should I wash my house or seal my pavers?
We recommend washing your house twice a year and sealing pavers every two years.
What happens if it rains?
Rain doesn't stop us. We only pause for lightning. If weather forces a change, we'll let you know.
Do I need to do anything before you come?
Turn on the water, move grills, furniture and planters, and keep kids and pets away from the work area while we work.
Do you need my water or power?
We hook up to your outdoor spigot and outlet. Please make sure the water's on before we arrive. If there's no water on site, we can bring our own for an extra charge.
Do I need to be home?
No, you don't need to be home.
Will my driveway look brand new?
It will be clean, but cleaning can reveal imperfections that the dirt was hiding, and not all concrete looks the same, even on one driveway.

Are you veteran-owned?
Yes. Alpha Veterans Pro Clean is owned by Ian, a Marine veteran.
Are you insured?
Yes, we're insured.
How long have you been in business?
Since 2023.
Is it just you, or do you have a crew?
Ian does most of the work himself, with trusted help on bigger jobs.
Do you guarantee your work?
Yes. If you're not happy, we'll come back and re-wash until you are. Some stains, like tree sap, artillery fungus, and paint or stain splatter, may not come out completely, and we'll point those out when we quote.
What are your hours?
Every day, 7 AM to 7 PM.
What do you clean?
Commercial properties, HOAs and neighborhoods, and homes: house washing, driveways and concrete (including rust and oil stains), paver cleaning and sealing, roofs, fences, decks, lanais, patios, pool decks and pool cages.
